New climate station Western Australia 1 is online
Western Australia 1 has been sending its first readings since the beginning of August, extending the network with a location in the southern hemisphere.
Since 4 August 2026 the station Western Australia 1 has delivered hourly readings for temperature, humidity, air pressure and precipitation. The data is available in the charts and in the data export just like for every other location.
Because the station stands in the southern hemisphere, its seasons run opposite to the European locations. That makes it an instructive counterpart when measurement series are compared.
